Tuna Deviled Eggs

Tuna Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6-12 boiled eggs (peeled) halved with yolks removed and saved
4-8 ounces cream cheese
2-4 ounces mayonnaise
1 tbs. Mustard
1 tbs. Capers
2 tbs. Black Market Gourmet Pili-Pili Pepper Relish
6 ounces canned tuna (Pisces F/V Tuna, Chuck’s Seafood or your own home canned tuna)
Fresh Albacore tuna is also an option if available.

Instructions:
Drain off liquid from tuna and then combine with egg yolks, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, capers and Pili-Pili Pepper Relish. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon filling into each egg halve (approximately one tablespoon), garnish and serve.
