Jardin mixes it up with a marinated broccoli salad.
1-2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1 red onion (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
2 Tblsp. Fresh minced garlic
3 stalks of celery
3 tomatoes (sliced in to wedges)
1 cup grape seed or olive oil
1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tblsp. Oyster sauce or soy sauce
Optional fresh bean sprouts
Option #2 pre cooked shredded chicken, beef or shrimp
Assemble all the vegetables in a large bowl. Add grape seed oil, vinegar and oyster sauce (or soy sauce) Toss and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. For added color and texture you may add a few handfuls or fresh bean sprouts.
