Jennifer Winters

Jennifer Winters is a reporter and anchor on the 5pm and 6pm news. She's delivered news and information to Western Oregon for the last decade. She joined the news team in 1994.

Jennifer grew up in the Seattle area and graduated with honors from the University of Washington journalism program. She has worked in television news in Seattle, Portland, Medford and Eugene. While working here, she's received a number of honors including recognition from the Associated Press for investigative reporting and from the Society of Professional Journalists for medical/science reporting.

Jennifer is married to an Oregon native and has a son and twin daughters. Being a mom and working woman keeps her busy, but she occasionally finds time to enjoy photography, bike riding, snow skiing and visiting far away places.
