Tim Novotny
Tim Novotny joined the staff at KCBY in February of 2000 as a sports reporter/anchor. Later that year he assumed the role of News Director. He draws on past experience as News Director of KKVI-TV in Twin Falls, Idaho and a brief stint as an Assistant News Producer with WMTV-TV in Madison, Wisconsin.
Born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, Tim attended Northern Illinois University for three years before graduating from Boise State University. Tim enjoys spending whatever spare time he has with his wife, two children and their two dogs. He is, to his family's dismay, a die-hard fan of all Chicago sports teams. He also enjoys reading and listening to a growing library of Bob Dylan music. |
