"Dehydration with an Attitude" Coos County Master Food Preservers Workshop

Dehydration with an Attitude is the topic of the next Coos County Master Food Preservers workshop. This class will cover the basics of dehydration, plus inspiring tips and tricks such as dinner in a jar. It will also cover proper storage of dehydrated foods, and how to use them.
This ever-popular workshop will be held twice in one day – morning and afternoon – on Saturday, August 10. The morning session will be held from 9 to noon, and the afternoon session is scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. Both workshops will be held at the OSU Extension Service in Myrtle Point. Cost is $10.
