Cooking with Jardin- Basmati Rice Cakes
Ingredients: 2 cups pre-cooked basmati rice In a large bowl combine cooked rice with onions, peppers, green onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, eggs and cream. Stir Tandoori into mixture. Shape rice cakes into 1-2 inch patties and dredge through breadcrumbs. Fry on medium high in the oil. Serve with a cool yogurt cucumber sauce. |
