Ingredients:
2 lb. Chick en chopped into ½” cubes
1/2 cup Celery Chopped
1 cup Green Onion Chopped
1.5 cups Red Onion Chopped
1-2 Fuji Apples
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
Dried Cherries/Cranberries to taste
1.5 cups Mayonnaise
Tandoori Spice to taste
Salt/Pepper to taste
2 tbls Curry (to taste) Romaine Lettuce

Optional:
1/4 cup Black Market Gourmet Pili-Pili

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and serve with favorite bread, cracker or salad greens.
