Sweet & Sour Cabbage with Cashews & Chili
Servings: 6-8 Ingredients: Red or Green Cabbage halved and shredded 1 red onion sliced 1 tbsp. Chili Sauce 1 tbsp. Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce 3 tbsp. Oil 3-4 tbsp. Chopped Cashews Options: Fresh Bean Sprouts (a hand full tossed in at the end) Instructions: Sauté shredded cabbage in oil on high heat, working quickly as to not over cook the cabbage, add garlic & onion. As the cabbage begins to wilt add chili sauce, vinegar, and sweet chili sauce and toss quickly and remove from heat. Toss in cashews and bean sprouts and serve. Estimated cost: $5.00 |
