Faith is a beautiful 4 year old. She has strawberry blond hair, big hazel eyes and a warm loving smile.

Faith was born prematurely and after a long stay in the hospital, stayed with a foster family who could care for her medical needs.

She been with her current foster family for several years.

The foster family wants help Faith transition to her forever family, and wants to be involved in her life.

The family that would be best for Faith is one that understands the developmental delays, has access to services, and would be willing to work with Faith to reach her full potential.
