Heart Gallery - Tara and Liam

Multimedia In this morning's Heart Gallery report....two little kiddos who are just waiting for their forever family.
Big sister Tara is is 5....she is joined by her little brother, Liam, who is 4.
These two are absolutely darling....Tara wears glasses....and as you can see, and she will need an eye condition corrected in the future....
Liam is as cute as can be....goes to preschool, where he's curious and loving....needs a lot of attention, guidance and reassurance...but is socially and academically where he should be.
Due to their past, Tara and Liam need parents who are very experienced with neglect and abuse issues and can advocate for their educational and treatment needs both now and in the future.
But, these children are young and in the right adoptive family, these two can overcome early issues in their lives and blossom.
