Motivational speaker sets tone for upcoming seasons

COOS BAY - With high school Fall sports seasons about to get underway, motivational speaker, and former coach, Bruce Brown makes a stop in Coos Bay.

He held a series of talks focusing on how to be a better athlete, parent and coach.

Brown, who has coached at every level, including high school and college, runs "Proactive Coaching," a company based out of Washington aimed at helping coaches and parents positively impact young athletes' lives.

Over the course of two days this past weekend, Brown held three different talks. One for South Coast coaches, one for parents and one for the athletes.
