North Bend - A popular organic foods store in downtown North Bend gets in on the Valentine's Day fun and serves up some treats that's good for the heart and for your health.

On Thursday, Coos Head Food store offered free red wine as well as an assortment of delectable chocolate samples to patrons.

Several of the chocolate treats were made using organic ingredients, including a new unique product from a local vendor.

It's called "The Un-Cookie," which is a dry fruit and nut option, sweetened with natural sweeteners.

This social gathering is part of the Bay Area's Artwalk evening event, where visitors can enjoy art, culture and gourmet food in various venues throughout the area.

It's held on the second Thursday of each month. Next time, Coos Head Food store hosts again and will provide free beer and sandwiches in the spirit of St. Patrick's Day.
