NB man arrested for alleged rape charges to a minor

NORTH BEND, Ore. -A North Bend man is taken into custody Friday, March 12, for alleged rape charges to a minor.

According to press release, North Bend Police arrested Jeffrey Charles Hoyle, 24, on multiple sex abuse charges steaming from an incident that occurred at his home in December of 2009.

The alleged victim is a 12 year old North Bend resident, who is apparently a family friend of Hoyle.

He is being charged with multiple counts of First Degree Rape and Sodomy, as well as twenty counts of First Degree Sex Abuse and ten counts of First Degree Unlawful Sexual Penetration with a Foreign Object.
