COOS COUNTY, Ore. -- Three quartets from the Gold Coast Chorus sang to sweethearts and delivered a rose and card on Thursday, sometimes surprising them at work.
It's one of the chorus' biggest fundraisers of the year.
William Kendrick from the chorus, says the fun in the surprise is sometimes being mischievous. "A lot of times they're not expecting it, and so, it's very likely we go into a classroom and just disrupt the entire class, or into the hospital and disrupt the nurse's station, and that's the fun in it," Kendrick said.
People could pay $30 to have the quartet sing, along with the gifts.
People with the group say to be sure to keep them in mind for next year.
