REEDSPORT - A three-vehicle crash outside of Reedsport Monday leaves a Washington woman in handcuffs after police find methamphetamine on her.

According to OSP, it happened at about 10:30 a.m. on Highway 101 at milepost 205.1 when 27-year-old Stacy Tyvan was heading northbound and lost control her white 1994 Lincoln town car.

Her car spun across the southbound lanes, directly into the path of a 1992 Chevy Cavalier, driven by 54-year-old David DeLeon of North Bend.

Flying parts from both vehicles, including a heavy coil from a cable from Tyvan's car, struck a 1998 Green Dodge Ram, driven by 31-year-old Bryan Harter of Dundee, Oregon.

DeLeon, Harter and two passengers were taken to Lower Umpqua Hospital, where they were treated for minor injuries and later released.

After failing sobriety tests and finding two syringes on her, OSP arrested Tyvan for DUII and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Additional charges for assault and reckless endangering are pending.

Mast Brothers Towing, Gardiner Fire and ODOT assisted with traffic control.

She's being held at Douglas County Jail, with bail set at $29,000.
