Missing woman OK

On Sunday, May 4, 2008, at 4 p.m., 62-year-old Genny Chapman walked away from the Golden Wings Adult Foster Home in the 900 block of SW 21st Avenue. Genny Chapman suffers from dementia, has a history of walking away from her home, and has traveling great distances in the past.

On Monday, May 5, 2008, at about 4 p.m., Genny Chapman was found at the United Methodist Church located at 1115 SW 28th Avenue in Albany. A neighbor reported seeing a woman wandering around the parking lot of the church who appeared to be lost. Responding officers found Genny Chapman unharmed and drove her back to her foster home.
