MYRTLE POINT, ORE - With the Sun shining, and the temperatures in the upper 70's, there was not much enticement needed to bring the crowds flocking to Myrtle Point on Saturday.

But there was still plenty of enticing events none-the-less at this year's 30th Annual Harvest Festival.

The day began with a pancake breakfast and farmers market, and continued with the traditional Show and Shine car show in downtown.

A tractor show lined 5th St., with chainsaw carving also on the agenda, among many other things.

It all led up to the car cruise in the evening. The Harvest Festival is sponsored by the Myrtle Point Chamber of Commerce.
