Police told KPIC News they believe the substance is cow manure. The targeted window only contained the Obama cutout. The main display window has photographs of prominent Oregon politicians lie County Commissioner Joe Laurance, Rep. Peter DeFazio and Senators Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden. It was not touched. The vandalism was the third in the past two months targeting party headquarters. Two other downtown businesses have reported similar attacks involving feces in recent days. No arrests have been made. Police told KPIC News they don't believe the vandalism is politically motivated.
