An arrest is made in missing Coquille woman case

COQUILLE, Ore.- According to District Attorney Paul Frasier 45-year-old Patrick Lee Horath was arrested on the charge of murder in the case of missing Coquille woman Jayme Austin.

According to a press release Horath is Austin's brother-in-law.

At about 10:30 Thursday night officers located a grave site near Middle Creek Road. Police say the site has not been fully examined but it is believed that a human body is buried there. The exact location is not being released at this time, investigators began work on the site Friday morning.

A section of Middle Creek Road is closed to all traffic.

No other details are being released at this time.
