SALEM, Ore. -- One moment, the scene on the security video is quiet.

In the next, a pickup truck comes crashing through the wall of the market, and two suspects try in vain to steal an ATM from inside the store.

The crime happened just after 4 a.m. on Saturday morning at the 12th Street Market in Salem, Ore.

Police are asking for the public's help locating a red 1998 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or similar two-wheel drive extended cab pickup involved in the crime. The vehicle likely has body damage to the left rear corner from the impact.

The driver is described as a male, thin build, wearing a black and grey jacket with a hood covering his head, and dark colored jeans.  A second suspect is described as an older male, heavy set, wearing a baseball cap, a black and blue coat, and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Salem Police Department detectives at (503) 588-6050.
