COOS BAY, Ore. -- A Coquille man admitted killing his brother with a samurai sword last November and will be sentenced on Wednesday.

Nathan Todd Wallace was back in a Coos County courtroom for a change of plea hearing on Monday.

Wallace pleaded pled guilty to manslaughter in the second degree. Court records show that prosecutors intend to dismiss a second charge of unlawful possession of meth.

Last November, the 41 year old was arrested after police were called to his home on West Central Boulevard in Coquille and found 38-year-old Lee Edwin Wallace lying on the ground with a single stab wound through his side.
