COQUILLE, Ore. - A Coquille man admits to killing his brother with a Samurai sword last November, and will be sentenced on Wednesday.

Nathan Todd Wallace was back in a Coos County courtroom for a change of plea hearing on Monday.

Wallace pled guilty to manslaughter in the second degree, while court records show that prosecutors intend to dismiss a second charge of unlawful possession of meth.

Last November, the 41-year-old was arrested after police were called to his home on West Central Boulevard in Coquille, and found 38-year-old Lee Edwin Wallace lying on the ground with a single stab wound through his side.

Wallace will be sentenced at 8:30 Wednesday morning.
