WINCHESTER BAY, Ore. - Friends found an ATV rider and his dog dead in the back of an enclosed cargo trailer over the Memorial Day weekend at Half Moon Beach Overflow Area.

Investigators suspect Bradley Scott Lamphere, 27, of Klamath Falls, Ore., died from asphyxiation. A propane heater was found in the on position in the trailer with Bradley and his dog's bodies.

There were no signs of foul play.

Lamphere had been riding ATV's with friends on Saturday and went to bed around midnight.

Lamphere's friends went to his trailer when they had not seen him Sunday morning and found him and his dog dead.
