COOS BAY, Ore. -- Bay area teens may have a new place to hang out in the near future.

Tim Petrone, who grew up in Coos Bay, says there aren't many safe, fun places for young people to get together.

So, he wants to build the 'Adrenaline Performance Cafe' in the bay area.

Petrone says it will be a place for teens to express themselves creatively, and to stay out of trouble. "It was when I was like 13 that I first started getting in trouble and stuff like that, and that's when it was just purely out of boredom," he said.

Petrone has the business plan, but needs the funding, so he's launching a Kickstarter page for donations.

He's holding an informational meeting this Friday from 6-8 pm at the Edgewater Inn.
