Man accused of sexually abusing girls as young as 5
COOS BAY, Ore. - A 50-year-old man faces accusations he sexually abused to girls under the age of 10.
Tracy Lee Kelso was taken into custody Thursday afternoon and booked on three counts of first degree sexual abuse.
The case involved two girls under the age of 10, the sheriff's office said. The abuse is alleged to have happened when the victims were between the ages of 5 and 9.
Deputies started investigating the case May 10, and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Coos County Sheriff's Office.
I am the biological mother of one of the victims and have been hidden from any details on what has been going on with my child. While this man is walking around with proof of his convictions, not being held in jail untill trial. families are unsafe. and we have no voice. we need to speak out. he is not getting what he deserves. WE NEED TO SPEAK OUT. THIS IS NOT THE FUTURE WE WANT FOR OUR CHILDREN!
At this time the Coos County District Attorneys Office is considering making a plea agreement with this monster for less then half the charges or one charge per child I ask that all people stand up for the victims rights use your voice to tell them we will not stand fort his making deals with child molesters is not okay with the great people of this state and the community....This is not justice it is the DA way of saving time and money....Tell them to put this man way for the crime they know he has committed against the children of this community.
