Police: Wanted sex abuse suspect turns himself in

UPDATE: Portland police said Carlos Miguel Deleon turned himself in Tuesday morning. He was taken to the Multnomah County Jail.

PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland police are asking for the public’s help finding a wanted man accused of sexually abusing his teenage daughter.

Carlos Miguel Deleon, 34, has a felony warrant for sex abuse in the first degree.

Deleon is described as a Hispanic man who is 5-foot-9 and 180 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos on his body, police say.

Anyone who sees Deleon is asked to call 911.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case.
