COOS COUNTY, Ore. -- The Coos County Sheriff's office needs your help finding two people they believe burglarized a home.
On March 12, an 89-year-old woman reported that her home in the Coaledo area had been burglarized.
Authorities say there was a lot of damage to her home, and much of the missing property was Japanese family heirlooms like ceramic dolls, Japanese wall art and traditional Japanese clothes.
An unidentified male and female may have attempted to sell some of these items at local businesses. "The deputy had contact with a business where some individuals did try to bring some items that may have been from that burglary, and so, we're looking and trying to identify those people that brought that property in," said Sgt. Pat Downing of the Sheriff's office.
If you have any information, you are asked to call Deputy Doug Miller at 541-396-7805.
I hope they catch those sorry SOBs and throw the book at 'em.
