Fishing guide welcomes wet weather: 'I lost 3 weeks work'

"I haven't seen a December go without rain like this since the winter of '01 and '02 in February," Linklater said. "I lost probably about three weeks worth of work. I was able to regain some of that on the Umpqua winter steelhead."
