Outdoors-Lost Lake
In this July 7, 2013 photo a boater in a rowboat floats on Lost Lake in Mount Hood National Forest, Ore. With its postcard views of Mount Hood's northwest face, Lost Lake at 3,140 feet has long been a camping magnet after the snow melts each spring. The view might be one of the most photographed places in Oregon and has been reproduced in post cards, calendars, posters, books and other material. In 2010 the US Mint issued a ceremonial Mount Hood National Forest quarter with Lost Lake in the foreground. (AP Photo/The Oregonian, Jamie Francis)
