Third Upload-This is dramatic footage of a downed power line during the height of Monday 12032007 Big Storm in Coos Bay on the Central Oregon coast"This is the place"-Not knowing at first that the grass fire was from a downed power line. I started videoing the event. There was a real loud 60 cycle pulsating in the whole area around me. I felt like I was standing in a power generating station generator. The clip is short as I starting running when the explosion happened. The winds must have been greater than 80 mph.
It was errie, interesting and life lesson learning.
Enjoy but you don't try filming this type of event-Very Dangerous!
