In Reedsport, we've got flooded surface streets but Highway 101 isn't affected at this point. I haven't checked Old Town on Highway 38 yet. Winchester Ave is blocked at the intersection of 101 due to a surcharging manhole (contamination). I spotted some men towing debris on Scholfield Creek. I also spotted some flooding on 11th Street behind the 76 station.
