Skipper an adorable Papillon neutered male has been missing since 12/16/09. He is white with black markings on the head and body. He has an identifiable scar on his belly from a surgery to remove an undescended testicle. Skipper has been seen being walked by a lady past the Empire McKay and 7-11 markets. He was last seen at Critters N More Pet Store in North Bend when a couple tried to sell Skipper to them for $200. The town has been papered with Skippers missing flyers, along with about 200 area residences, as well as the local papers, craigslist lost and found, the shelter, the police departments, facebook, petfinder.com, and now KCBY. Please help bring Skipper back to his family. They love and miss him terribly.
