Unbelievable !!! Only open to the public for a few weeks at best and all ready finding remnants of this city’s drug problem. While walking our dogs, my wife and I saw in the drains of the new North Bend Boardwalk a pair of syringes and a cap to one (that exposed needle is god knows where).
